Positive news from the Abilify

Positive news from the Abilify: i upped because i started becoming unstable from 20 mg to 25 mg
and now i feel better somethimes i'm listening to music right now

i'm not saying abilify is perfect, i never tried 25 mg but i do feel bit better right now...

i still have paranoia, i'm not recovered, but i'm better
