And my father would rather not be involved in my mental health care as he's an asthma & allergy doc. He does prescribe my antihypertensive, allergy and asthma meds though.
I need serious help getting to sleep. When I do sleep it's only for a few hours. Right now I'm going on three days without sleep. Really sucks. I don't see the Dr until next Tues. I miss sleep! Trazodone and diphenhydramine don't offer much in the way of help.
