I was on 10mg for about a month. Almost no side-effects. Like none except a little diarrhea. Was warned about vicious nausea- never happened.

Felt like it was kinda doing something. Subtle, but my moods were better. A little more irritable and less tolerant of ... ahem ... idiots, but whatever.

Been on 20mg for a couple weeks. initial sides on 20mg were brutal. abdominal pain at night, bad enough to keep me awake at night. This went away in about 5 days. Feel drowsy on 20mg to the point I want to sleep a lot. Hopefully this will go away. If it doesn't, I'll drop down to 10 or 15mg.

My doctor claim he heard about brintellix enhancing cognition at some presentation by another doctor. This smells like pharma pump-and-dump/quasi false marketing (we've seen this before). There is one study that supports it from the U of Toronto, but I can't find the study or the abstract online.

Still, it's somewhat hard to say if this med is doing anything for me.
