Vortioxetine(Brintellix) Ki at NET is 113 nM which means it is very weak.

For reference, Ki value for bupropion (Wellbutrin) is 1.4.

I don't see it causing any agitation due to this property. It doesn't cause any agitation for me, and I take 20mg. a day.

You could also try Viibyrd (vilazodone). It also has 5-HT1a partial agonism.
