Yes. In some people, depression and anxiety can produce headaches. This is what is known as a psychosomatic effect. "Psychosomatic" does not mean that a physical condition is imagined. It is very real. It is simply that a psychiatric condition can trigger a physical one. Some cases of heart disease are being investigated as being a psychosomatic consequence of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). People with MDD have a statistically higher risk of heart disease. The physiology is complicated, but we know that chronic stress makes heart disease worse. This is a very real psychosomatic effect.
