Jeah.. to me its very questionable if the practice of trying to change ur life for the better with meds is a sustainable thing..
It seems to be able to take an edge of crises but hmm. I wouldnt know.
Im not doing anything than Seroquel anymore, unless they come up with an Abilify type drug without the nervous side effects and its reasonable to say it could help me better than Seroquel.
I only tried Effexor.. none of the classic SSRI. I am wary of trying any of them honestly. Isnt Effexor the "King" of SSRI type drugs?
Id much rather take natural Serotonin raising supplement(s) and lithium orotate.
