I thought that taking the test might help to *exclude* ADHD as a contributor to your condition. Even for seasoned professionals, it is often difficult to tease out a differential diagnosis between ADHD and affective disorders, especially bipolar disorder. This becomes much more difficult when these disorders are comorbid. That you scored as having ADHD on this test does not guarantee that you have it. Indeed, depression alone can seriously impair one's ability to concentrate.
I would suggest that you act under the presumption that you do not have ADHD. However, I think you should ask your doctor to consider this possibility if he has not done so already.
