> like I've been saying, this situation with my medication, they don't take effect, and just about an hour ago I took a antihistime to calm anxiety, and maybe sleep for a couple hours, nothing, it did nothing, see people, like here on babble, my mom, the doctors.....they keep saying its not a big deal, and what I keep pushing is that there something that is not binding to something, It is absorbing but there is something else that is causing major resistance. This has been so complicated, ill have dreams of taking various substances and none of them work. I'm sorry, I know that's a bit weird, and odd. But really is there anyone.....like any suggestions what this could be...? its too advanced for a test to pick up, they don't have tests that moniter the microsmall chemical in the bloodstream, and how they absorb.

I've been reading about Tyrosine Hydroxylase and Tryptophan Hydroxylase. They are enzymes responsible for converting tyrosine and tryptophan into dopamine and serotonin. I've also read that meds we use tyo increase these neurotransmitters in the brain can deplete these enzymes. This could partly be responsible for why some meds stop working. And why meds can cause mood problems after longterm use even if they wete very helpful at first.
