In reply to Nardil Users/Experts, what to do for B6 deficiency, posted by gilmourr on November 29, 2012, at 21:39:37
I think its extremely unlikely that you'd develop a vitamin deficiency disease in 48 hours, generaly they take weeks to months to appear.
That said, try buying 50mg tablets of B6, cutting it into quaters with a tablet cutter, and taking a quater 4 times a day (with each meal and at bedtime with milk)
I dont think Nardil needs 100mg of B6 a day in order to work - none of the research studies done showing nardil was efective gave 100mg of B6 a day as comedication from what I can see.
If you want to take B6 it wont hurt, but take it in smaller doses throughout the day, on a full stomach so that it doesnt cause nausea
If the nausea doesnt remit, meclizine 50mg at once then 25mg twice a day might help (check with your doctor though)
