Oxytocin Chemical Supplier

Hello,
i want to order Oxytocin via the internet from a chem supplier.
1. Which of the Oxytocin compounds is the one thats psychoactive when snorted?
Is it oxytocin salt acetate hydrate? Is it CAS 50-56-6?
Please i need some advice here to buy the right thing.
2. Is snorting the compound an effective way of delivery?
3. How long do the effects after snorting last? I heard it has a short half life in the body.
4. What about storage? I heard its supposed to be stored 20 degrees below freezing point? Is a fridge with freezer sufficient though?
5. Will it be delivered in a frozen box or sth?
6. What about dosage?
Any input about obtaining, handling and using oxytocin greatly appreciated.
