I bang on about this a bit, but have you tried mini aspirin & omega 3 (2 or more caps) for the tachycardia? It really helps me with Nortriptyline.

Also, have you persevered with Seroquel? It took my heart about a month to get used to each Nortriptyline dose increase.

My resting heart rate is still high (95bpm instead of 70bpm) but thanks to the above it no longer bothers me.

I hope you get some relief soon, whether from Seroquel or otherwise.
