Yes, that is precisely what happens to me, I get lost driving, can't recall words, can't read, and it's hard to tell if it's the lamictal or if it's a depressive symptom. I think it's the lamictal. i took 200 mg yesterday instead of my usual 400, and shockingly i'm not going off the deep end, but perhaps i should titrate down more slowly anyhow. i'm wary of doing this because i'm 2 weeks into my prozac trial. if my clarity increases is it lamictal reduction or prozac relieving my cognitive symptoms? I don't care, I'm desperate for relief, i've been living in this mind numbing fog and completely unable to work for the past year, so i'm reducing the lamictal to see if it helps. Id rather be depressed and intelligent than happy and stupid. But now i'm considering going off the prozac because i've been reading that it can cause permanent anhedonia, which absolutely terrifies me.
