I dont think psychopharmacology is a recognised specialty outside of psychiatry - its basicly the drug side of psychiatry, without the psychotherapy side..... psychiatrists who call them selves psychopharmacologists are just psychiatrists who focus on drug treatment.

I tend to think a mixed aproach is better, drugs have a big place, but therapy still has a role in many disorders
