have similar issue.
i do have a fairly structured situation, but it seems like when anxiety is really high at night, even though i'm physically tired due to the physical anxiety and cant shut mind down i cant get to sleep, then i wait too long to take something to get me too sleep as i wouldn't be able to wake on time. and i Cant loose my job from being consistently late. im late too often as it is.so then i get about 3-4 hours sleep.
then in a few days i crash and have to sleep late, or go to bed at 9. etc.i wish seconals were
