I would agree with SLS - an MAO inhibitor plus an antipsychotic may be the answer. I want to try phenelzine but my doctor will not prescribe it as it's an MAOI.

I know what you mean about hearing those sort of things. I get told very similar things. I feel that other approaches have been very unsuccessful with me too.
