Not replacing the vyvanse. I think Strattera is technically an anti-depressant. Intuniv is supposed to augment the Vyvanse. Specifically, it's a selective alpha2A-adrenergic receptor agonist; a hypertensive medication. Had to get EKG clearance first. Dr. said it also helps with irritability.
She started it Saturday morning. Made her real sleepy. Slept all of Saturday, and most of Sunday. I had her switch it to evening. I wish I could get info from others who have taken it.
