Somewhat urgent med question

I have been so out of it lately ...
Anyhow, in my brain fog tonight I took all of tomorrow mornings meds:
100 mg Parnate
30 mg Adderall XR
100 mcg Synthroid
25 mcg Cytomel
10 mg Singulair
So I have already given up any hope of sleeping tonight.
My question is - should I take those meds again in the morning or wait until Thursday morning?
Bipolar Type 2, ED-NOS, Self-hatred
