i have gabapentin. i take it only once in a while now because it's becoming hard to afford. i don't know if i can manage to take it for sleep. it's best for me to take it during the day because it helps lift my mood a bit even though it initially makes me feel lousy for 45 minutes... then followed by 4 hours of improvement. it's too difficult to be social or productive without it. but the more i take it the quicker it develops tolerance.
how often do you take it daily for your mood? my insomnia is starting to wittle down but also the parnate benifitial effect has as well ;(
> idont know ANYTHING about parnate so please check with pdoc. but i finally found something that's helping with my HORRIBLE insomnia (that wasnt an AP)
