i do have problem with alcohol but only when self medicating. although i was more f-d up at that session then ever. i threw the bottle at her. i remember BEGGING her to kill me. i ended up just walking out of the session. i went home fell asleep at 6pm and slept till 5.55pm tues. up till 9 slept till 3 today.managed shower. now cant leave bed. and no one to talk to ....oh god my heart aches.
