I'm sure you've taken a strong turmeric/curcumin supplement, why none in your current supplement?
Why emergen C instead of other vitamin c supplements? Powdered drink versions absorb better? Ever heard of Amla? It's the most poten natural plant source of vitamin C. Himalaya makes a good one, I've been meaning to contact them to find out how much vitamin C is in it.
Have you thought about taking anything else for energy/stamina? Cordyceps? Schisandra? Ginseng? I'm sure you've tried one or all of these.
Why the lower dose of Biosil? Did you know beer is the one of the best or the best source of orthosilisic acid? I'm using Jarrowsil, it was formulated by the same guy that did Biosil. I hope it's as good.
What other supplements have you tried? For joints? For brain fog?
Is exercise a part of your regimen?
