NARDIL Question

I have a question maybe someone whose taken Nardil for a while at higher doses can help me out. At 90 mg/day, is it safer to take the medicine spread out 30mg - 30 - 30, or is just as safe to take it 45 - 45 mg and spread that out by 6-7 hours?
I understand about side effects, but have gotten over them at 75 mg. Any info would help thanks
