I'm gonna get shot for saying this - but stimulants can and are being used in conjunction with MAOIs. I was on Nardil and 5mg of Dexedrine which helped immensely. BUT you have to have the right doc who knows what he/she's doing and monitor you closely-very closely.

Wish I had more suggestions. Hang in there.
