Have you tried Zyprexa? I took it at night and it help me with agitation and anxiety with little or no sedation during the day. You may only need 2.5 mg.

I guess you don't do well on even low doses of SSRIs like lexapro(escitalopram).

You could try a combination of natural remedies like GABA, theanine, magnesium, kava, holy basil, and ashwagandha. I doubt even taking all of these would help that much if you needed something like seroquel. Still, it's worth a shot especially if you find yourself transitioning to another drug. You may find that one of these works well as an adjunct therapy.

Man I hated Seroquel. I just don't think it's a very good drug. If I were to ever take an antipsychotic, it would be Zyprexa.

Have you ever tried intense exercise followed by a meditative stretch? It also may help along with whatever treatment you are using.
