Prolactin Test Using an SSRI and 5htp

There were various combinations of Celexa and 5htp. I was surprised that the 5htp didn't raise prolactin and the Celexa did. 5htp should raise serotonin and also should raise prolactin. But it didn't and I don't undertstand that.
