Abilify and lower dosage

Hello I been on abilify 2mg for about 2 weeks and then uped it to4 mg for 10 days and it has realy made my anxiety jump up. I was not to bad on 2mg should i wein myself back to 2mg
my doc says that i am almost bipolar
