Amisulpride behaves differently at different doses. At your dose it appears to be acting more like a full-on antipsychotic with the fatigue and everything.

At lower doses it becomes more stimulatory. Kind of complicated to explain it all, but it is like two drugs in one.

Try reducing the dose to 50mg. Not suddenly though. Step down to 75mg for a week first. At 25mg amisulpride is still quite potent. The dopamine stimulation which is probably working in concert with effexor will actually be more prominent at the lower doses.

I think your dose is just too high. I would definitely try those strategies before going through the torture of an entire med switch. If a med switch was needed, my first choice would be zyprexa 2.5mg to 10mg, and second choice would be abilify 1mg to 5mg.
