I don´t think 3 mg bromazepam for 2.5 months will cause any problem to withdraw. Also I do´t see why you want atarax, a much less effective drug.

If bromazepam is working and not causing problems with your concentration I would continue while you evaluate alternatives like therapy or maybe tianeptine.

I am taking 1.5 mg bromazepam at night. Today I took another dose in the morning but at midday I feel sedated, maybe because of food. I have to speak in public many times and I no longer like it (or the subject). I also broke with a girlfriend so I perfectly understand your situation.

Maybe I need an antidepressant, my mood is low. I have no energy to do the things I need.
