Hello Tensor!

I'm glad for you that your wise cocktail works so far!I hope for good!I'm on clomipramine too, at 50 mg/day plus maprotiline (NRI) at 75 mg.I also contemplate to exchange the maprotiline to Remeron at 30 mg because i'm experiencing some residual anxiety and i think that remeron thru his 5ht-2a, 2c and 3 antagonism will help me get rid of it.Thanks for sharing your state, and i'll apreciate if you'll report from time to time how's going.

All the best and kind regards!

> Not too bad. I have had energy todo something the last days, it's been fun to get something done. Although I often get a transient surge in mood and energy when changing meds or doses, but I keep my fingers crossed. S/e-wise nothing to whine about yet, but I'm only at my second day at 50mg of clomipramine. Another good thing is that I don't need daytime naps now, and I easily fall asleep at night and sleep through the night. No daytime sedation, my appetite I would say is normal, no cravings.
> I think I will go up to 75mg of clomi (with 30mg Remeron) and stay there for awhile and see how things develop, I don't want to take an unnecessarily high dose of this med.
