Does well for my depression dominated soft bipolar.I've had an excellent response to Lamictal as well. I started at 25mg daily then went to 25mgs morning and 25mgs at bed and finally settled on a 100mg dose with breakfast for close to 3 years now...no hospitalizations, no missed days of work, some minor (seemed major at the time, lol..) freak outs, but nothing resembling the hell that was my life before adding Lamictal...
My anxiety has definitely improved...and my thoughts are much more organized, however it took some more tweaking of my AD (Celexa) before i saw a drastic improvement in obsessive like thought patterns that caused me a lot of grief...
Stuff like being unhealthy obsessed with how other people acted at the office, running something i said that was embarrassing over and over through my head, or worrying about whether i will have enough money when i retire 40 years from now...
That may have been more info than you wanted... but i certainly think the symptoms you listed have improved with Lamictal in my repertoire of meds
Peace
