Lamictal or parnate?

Hello
I go to the pdoc this afternoon and i have to make some serious med changes which scares me.I take 750mg of seroquel and 1.5 klonopin which partialy help with my anxiety and depression.I realy stuggle to get out of bed in the morning which is effecting my job.My pdoc wants to add lamictal to the combo or parnate . Iam all mixed up on what to do. any suggestions would be appreciated
