Hi Scott,
I've found that lowering my dosage from 90mg to 60mg has really helped my anorgasmia. Orgasm is delayed but not absent. I'm sure you knew this already. I have been off the board for a long time, trying not to make my depression the center of my life. In fact this is the first day I have posted in months. Phenelzine has always delayed my orgasm. Sometimes it has eliminated orgasm. But, like you said, it does not eliminate feeling. Just the switch that makes you orgasm. SSRIs did this to me also.I'm also on compounded testosterone gel to bring my testosterone level into the high normal range. I was on Testim, which worked great, but my insurance changed and this med is so expensive. The compounded gel is cheaper than my copay used to be for the Testim.
I am lucky in that my partner is multiorgasmic. So if I can reach orgasm once in a couple of hours, she has been there about seven or eight times. For me, this is better than being able to orgasm right away. I know very few men with our affliction are blessed with a woman like this. I think I'll keep her.
Good luck to you. Even fighting through the depression you have helped countless people on this board. You are the "MAN".
Sincerely,
Jedi

In other words, everything operates properly except for the orgasm switch. I am wondering if Viagra and Levitra would be helpful in this situation.
