In my opinion, I wouldn't put too much fo your hope in a triple reuptake inhibitor. you can emulate triple reuptake with a combination of SSRI and bupoprion ,which is a safe combo used for many years. or, there are MAOIs, atypical antipsychotics, and lithium.
And dont' forget about agomelatine!
Lots of choices out there. Instead of waiting for a drug that simply combines known methods of actions, I think it's better to try hitting things from different angles. that's why i'm on my particular cocktail:
wellbutrin
lithium
agomelatine
deplin
zyprexanote: there is no SSRI. but this has been working for me. i'm BP2, primarily depressive. SSRIs tend to put me in a mixed/impulsive state. i say and do things i later regret.
anyway ,good luck.
