I'm not sure long-term success stories exist. I think it's one of those meds that offers possibly initial improvement, followed by subsequent decline back to baseline or below, accompanied by possible cognitive side-effects (i.e. brain-fog). This was my experience, anyway. See also: Lamictal.
Never read of a success story beyond a few weeks. Maybe we'll have more success with these glutamatergic drugs when AMPA-modulaters are developed further.
