Bipolar / no AD

I'm on Lamictal, Lithium, Clonazepam, and Abilify.
No AD for the first time in years. The last 2 made me manic.

I feel better than I have in a long time. Not manic, just more like I used to be.

I won't go back on one unless I'm flat on my back for weeks. Enoughs enough.
