Hi! Thanks for all the great info! It's very meaningful to hear about your personal reactions. How wonderful Parnate is making you feel so very good!!! At this point I just want to not be depressed or exhausted. I've only been on Parnate for 6 weeks so I guess I shouldn't expect so much, but the fatigue is killing me. I'm trying to change my sleep med to something other than amytriptyline which is so tiring the next day. I tried Ambien 5mg two nights ago and I didn't sleep very much and was very depressed the whole next day. Last night I tried a quarter of an amytriptyline (6 1/4mg) and got some sleep but tired again today. I would like to ask pdoc about raising my Parnate and about Adderall. I tried a LITTLE ritalin last week but it made me anxious and depressed. I sure wish the Parnate would work faster! Gayle
