Hi again.
> i ask valid questions for help , an as usual f*** all, listen i have no shrink , limited meds an no answers,
I'm sorry that you are in such a severely limiting condition. No one would fault you for becoming frustrated and perhaps desperate.
> why or what blocks you brain in crisis
I don't understand this question. Perhaps you can give a more detailed description.
> if you drank a lot you would be falling down drunk , but when ill your brain blocks all that feeling out
I really don't know. I guess it could be the medication you are taking. I know Parnate can exaggerate the psychotropic effects of alcohol for some people.
> in therory i could dtrink till uncouncios but feel no alchol normal reations
Has this always been the case, or just when you are taking medication?
> what blocks this from your brain,an the other thing when first taking sertrline 50mg floors you . 100mg zombies you . but as you hit a anxierty level , the sedation vanishes , so at this time do you need an even bigger dose to level out. or ride it out ,i must admit i have been a little hit a miss with the doses i need to level a dose , i was trying 50 mg am an 50 pm no good now im keeping to 100mg am , but is there a need to up the one dose all is not well at the moment
Anxiety is often a side effect that occurs early in treatment with an SSRI like sertraline (Zoloft), and can disappear with continued use. Personally, I don't think one is giving sertraline a fair trial unless they move up to 200mg if it is tolerable. Give 100mg two or three weeks total. If you already have, I would then try 150mg for 2-3 weeks, and then 200mg for 3 or more weeks.
I can't be sure, but it may be that your writing style is difficult to read, and that is why people do not feel that they understand your predicament well enough to comment on it. People don't usually like to see someone post without giving a reply.
