> ..i mean how is it different from the other 'normal' ssri ADs?The Remeron "blocks" the serotonin receptors that can cause anxiety and akathisia, so it might prevent them from getting "over-stimulated" by the serotonin boost from the SSRI/SNRI.
And the sedation might help a little too.
