Tyramine / maoi reaction - when to do anything?

So I'm taking Nardil and I think I'm having a tyramine reaction from some delicious vietnamese pho soup I had for lunch.
My BP is about 135/90 and I have a splitting headache.
My doc gave me a scrip for nifedipine in case of reaction.
Should I take one or just sit this out?
