> part of my own therpy is to walk miles in the country an town with my patterdale terrier dogs, one of my maiden bitch is in pup .just put that bit in.anyway i told you my ankles are plated do to motorbike wipeout. well there not the problem, well they are but this is worse, my knees are murdering me, i had years in constrution an thats the problem i think . i asked the doc if you could quarterzone inject them . he said lets have a look.then he said your joint move ok try warming up excersize before you go out.i said im walking not sprinting an the door slamed behind me.i wear sport braces to walk far but to be honest there s/it. any idea.s an dont say amputation, like penertrive creams or the likes or am i doomed.
Nobody's going to say something as schadenfreuden as amputation, that's a bit medieval and going to extremes, don't you think? Doomed?
Lots of people have had success with physical therapy, which is important -- it takes time, I know its painful.Stretches are important.
Have you tried different brands of braces -- maybe you don't have one that is strong enough or fits right ? I'm just free thinking here.
For the longest time until it started to heal more recently, I think, I had knee caps that would come out when I kneeled because I went *ss over teakettle on my bicycle at 13 and slammed into a parking sign and damaged my knees.I'm trying to gather this -- you have titanium plates or the like in your knee zone ?
I guess I can't suggest it but penetrative creams do work for some people, if you have had no luck with methyl salicylate then the capsicum ones do work better for some, you just have to wait longer.
"the door slammed behind me" ? I didn't quite get that.
Have you tried Robaxin, Skelaxin, or Norflex ? I wouldn't recommend Ultram for people on psychotropics, it reacts with practically everything reducing the seizure threshold greatly.
