Hi..I take parnate and I still fret about the diet restrictions. I believe you can have deli ham and turkey. I've eaten bacon will no ill effects. Canned fish is fine, as well as vinegar. Freshness is paramount, so make sure you keep a close eye on expiry dates of yogurt.

I don't leave cooked roasts or chicken and such in the fridge for more than one day. I'll freeze the leftovers.

Read labels. Actually it's been quite an education for me. I never knew just how many additives and preservatives were in the foods we pick off the grocery shelf. Kinda disturbing. Oh well, fresh is best, and this med makes you eat pretty fresh! Good luck on your parnate trial.
