Did some research, and found that the inactive ingredient is different, so there may be a change in metabolism of the newer version the pexeva. They say that one (of course which one, I don't know) may have less side effects because of the inactive ingredient. I don't know about combining though.

Dang, and I thought it was some kind of new and improved version of paxil. I wish that drug still worked for me. I spent many years on it with great success. :(
