Of the two, probably pramipexole.
A common option is wellbutrin which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. A lot of people at other forums do find cymbalta+wellbutrin a good combo.
Probably a bit tricky and unknown, but there are herbs. Tonquat Ali and Horny Goat Weed being the most potent, but there are others. No one really knows how they work. I wouldn't think mixing them with an antidepressant would be much of a worry, but an antipsychotic causes some hesitation. I do not expect you will try these. But if you do, stay away from Yohimbe. Dangerous with meds, even by itself. The others, do 1/4 of the dose on the bottle at most.
Pramipexole or Wellbutrin make sense. Another might be Remeron. It blocks the receptors involved with sexual problems. As with anything else, it sometimes helps and sometimes doesn't.
