Emsam and weight GAIN I am eating all the time!!!

I cannot get satisfied since I have been on the patch (1 week of 6mg/24 hour) I have a history of anorexia and have restricted for the last 8 years but now I cannot stop eating! i have gained about 5 lbs in the last week or so. I am freaking out. Has anyone else been hungry while on the EmSam patch?
