I've gained 6 pounds so far on Nardil..I have absolutely no desire for food during the day..it's at night that I go crazy, so I've decided not to have any sweets (that includes any jams or honey, cause I can go crazy with a box of crackers and a jar of jam). I'm carrying an extra 80 pounds on me thanks to zoloft and lexapro..I just can't bear to gain anymore so I'm going to give this a try..

I have so much energy on Nardil. I've gotten stuff done around here that has sat for 2 years. If if I can get myself into a routine of a long daily walk, I just may start losing (mind you, how wants to walk outside on the prairies when the wind chill is -35)..but am planning to go to a friend's place who has a treadmill when it's too cold as I would prefer not to lose my external body parts due to windchill (geeze, even my sense of humour is getting better on Nardil)
