Nothing I tried to counter Lexapro fatigue helped, not caffeine, not stimulants... I just could not take this stuff.
If it's really bothering you, maybe you should switch to one of the 'dirtier' SSRIs, like Prozac. I found it much more energizing and motivating, even if it still caused occasional fatigue.
