SSRI + lumbago, back pain, muscle stiffness

Hello, I have read here that people have suffered muscle pains related to SSRI. But does anybody have a cure for that? My lower back hurts terrible, after 1 week Celexa. This has happened every time I take citalopram. Sometimes my upper back is stiff, sometimes neck.. Is there any supplements that would help?
