I just read your email.
The fact that you had 2 good days followed by a bad day may indeed mean its starting to work again. Nardil is like this in the beginning. I remember I'd feel 'over the moon' one day, then the next I didn't want to get out of bed. But the good/bad day ratio got better & better is time went on.
