Hi Fan,
Let us know how the lithium trial goes. I think that benzos are a good short term solution to mood stabilization, but maybe you need something with a little more oomph? Is that what you mean?
Anyway, glad you're not depressed anymore. A little worried that you may be at the opposite pole- a touch manic? perhaps?
