Trying Adderall XR W/Focalin Immediate Release

Okay all,

Today is going to be my first day adding Focalin immediate release to my adderall xr. I needed more of a boost in the morning to get me started on my tasks and concentration. I'm wondering has anyone ever try the combination before? If so, I'd like to hear of any experiences.
