desvenlafaxine vs. venlafaxine + uptake ratio ?

Anyone have any information of whether desvenlafaxine differs to any appreciable extent from venlafaxine in terms of ratio of affinity for monoamine uptake pumps?

Venlafaxine elevated my blood pressure but was a reasonable AD. Would desvenlafaxine be any different?
